Kaleida Health’s Development Strategy for Western New York

The presentation will focus on Kaleida Health's recent strategy to coordinate care within the eight counties of Western New York. This strategy includes strategic alignments with community hospitals, outpatient clinics, transportation services and other partnerships that will further develop the quality of health care throughout the region.

As director of business development and marketing at Kaleida Health, Peter Petrella serves as a dedicated relationship manager promoting clinical services, programs and facilities to enhance referral volume and ensure the success and growth of Kaleida. Pete is also responsible for physician outreach to enhance satisfaction around existing relationships and develop new relationships.

Previously, Pete served as director of business development for the Buffalo Sabres and held a variety of development positions with the Buffalo Bills. He sits on the board of directors for the University at Buffalo Alumni Association, Amherst Chamber of Commerce and Brian Moorman’s PUNT Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s in political science from UB and a master’s in sports administration from Canisius College.
