Margaret Ritsch, Ed.D, APR, Fellow PRSA, is an award-winning, accredited public relations professional with more than 25 years' experience helping businesses and nonprofits enhance their visibility and reputations and strengthen important relationships. At Texas Christian University, she built a student ad/PR firm that gave students real-world, hands-on experience and launched many successful careers. She is now a scholarly assistant professor in the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University.
