Join us for a workshop to create your very own crisis communications plan centered around a potential data breach. Cybersecurity is a huge concern and most businesses just don't get it. This session will give you an in-depth look at what cybersecurity is and how to handle it.
In 2022, the number of data compromises in the United States stood at 1,802 cases. Meanwhile, over 422 million individuals were affected in the same year by data compromises, including data breaches, leaks, and exposure.1
With more and more people relying on modern technology and an increasing number of U.S. and international businesses using digital devices and web-based software, cybersecurity poses a greater threat than ever before. This is why it’s never been more important to develop and implement information security programs that include procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise communications, systems, and assets.
As part of a company’s crisis communications plan, cybersecurity and how to deal with a breach should be one of the highest priorities. Advanced preparation is the key to having a successful cybersecurity communications plan to anticipate, assess, and actively manage new and emerging threats.
