About Our Speaker: 
Marine Corps Captain and Public Affairs Officer Joshua Hays APR + M is currently stationed in Japan. Born and raised in Youngstown, NY he grew up in the hospitality industry. Josh earned his BA from the University at Buffalo, a master's in mass communication from San Diego State University, as well as an Accreditation in Public Relations and Military Communication. In his current role, Josh oversees all communication planning, policy, and strategy in East Asia for the III Marine Expeditionary Force in Okinawa, Japan.
