🌈 Join PRSA in the Buffalo Pride Parade! 🌈

We're marching in the Buffalo Pride Parade and we'd love for you to join us! This is a wonderful opportunity to show up as a community, celebrate Pride, and represent PRSA with joy and visibility.

📍 LINEUP DETAILS
Zone: Highmark Blue Zone
Arrival Time: 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Please do not arrive before your zone's designated arrival time — lineup works like boarding a plane, so you'll only be admitted during your assigned window. Staff and volunteers will be on site to guide you to the right spot.

🚗 GETTING THERE
Enter the Buffalo State campus from Grant Street. Parking is extremely limited — we strongly encourage carpooling, getting dropped off, or using a rideshare. If you do drive, use lots R-12 or R-13 (see the attached map). Note: only vehicles registered to be in the Parade may enter the lineup zone lots.

📋 WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
To check in smoothly, make sure you know:
• The group name we registered under
• The name of the person who registered
• Our zone assignment: Highmark Blue Zone

Porsha Ari Parson is our Parade Captain on the day — parade staff will be very busy, so having our PRSABN group captain will be essential!

☀️ TIPS FOR A GREAT DAY
• Bring snacks and sunscreen — a Comfort Station with limited snacks will be available near the Clinton Center, and there will be a new water bottle filling station on site (thanks to the Buffalo Sabres Foundation!)
• You'll be waiting in the lineup zone for a few hours, so come ready to enjoy the vibes, get hydrated, and make final outfit touches
• Porta-potties are available in lot R-14 and the Burchfield Penney parking lot
• Plan your ride home in advance — there is no shuttle back to the lineup area after the Parade ends. Public transit and rideshares are your best bet
