The Western New York region has citizens from more than 80 different countries, contributing to our rich social, ethnic, and cultural diversity. As a communicator and public relations professional, it’s often your job to reach out to new audiences to grow awareness, action and support for your organization. But where does a PR pro start in gaining a better understanding of which populations currently make up our Western New York community? And what are the population trends we should be aware of for the next decade?
Come get a “Buffalo Diversity 101” crash course in basic facts about some key publics within our region. Dispel myths you or your organization may currently have in relation to the best ways to communicate with these audiences. And gain tips you can walk away with to help inform improved outreach and engagement with important emerging and growing groups within our region.
Let our top-notch panel be your guide to the changing faces of Western New York. Bring your questions, and let the dialogue begin!
NOTES: Registration begins at 8 a.m. A light breakfast will be served.
