How to Develop the Mindset of a Strategist: Getting to the Table Earlier and With More Personal Power -- with James E. Lukaszewski, ABC, APR, Fellow PRSA
What are you doing to achieve more influence and input on strategy and key decisions? Do you really have the mindset to get your boss to listen? This dynamic and highly interactive session is about these two questions and more. Jim Lukaszewski will help you look inside yourself to see what you need to become a more effective strategist. He will discuss techniques, strategies, and personal tools for getting important matters before important people, being more influential within your organization, selling ideas, and helping management stay focused. The goal: to learn how to get your invitation to the table earlier and how have real impact once you have arrived.
About the Speaker:
Jim E. Lukaszewski, ABC, APR, Fellow PRSA advises, coaches, and counsels the men and women who run very large corporations and organizations through extraordinary problems and critical high-profile circumstances. As an internationally-recognized speaker on crisis management, ethics, media relations, public affairs, and reputation preservation and restoration, James is an expert in managing and reducing contention, counteracting tough, touchy, sensitive corporate communications issues. His broad-based experience ranges from media-initiated investigations to product recalls and plant closings, from criminal litigation to takeovers.
