Trevor M. Torcello, Esq. is an attorney at the law firm of Gross, Shuman, Brizdle & Gilfillan, P.C.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business law and employment law, including counseling on issues concerning workplace technology and the retention and preservation of electronically-stored documents.  Mr. Torcello received his J.D./M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo in 2007 and is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the United States Tax Court.
